Terry has been working professionally with wood for over 32 years, having found a natural aptitude for sculpture and wood carving at an early age. He now spends most of his time producing commissioned works and quality childrens toys. His most recent addition being the rocking swan seen here.

You can see a picture of a recent commission, currently on display at Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens. Terry was invited to create this piece for the museum by one of the museum designers, after seeing his other works.

Inspired by the architecture and art of the victorian era, he is currently renovating a victorian property in his spare time, aswell as producing a range of heirloom quality victorian rocking horse and other toy designs.

His painstaking attention to detail and comprehensive study of classical victorian construction techniques, combined with his own inovative design and construction ideas have made his work much sought after by a descerning audience who appreciate quality craftsmanship and inspired design.
